필요 역량:
•Native Korean can speak English. 
•Preferably graduates of Information Technology and other related field
•With experience as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 is an advantage 

Responsibilities:
•Provide technical assistance and first level of support to customers
•Troubleshooting and help customer for product use or malfunctioning
•Report product malfunctioning and customers’ problems to relevant departments
•Help the customer communicate with the company’s technical assistance
