Korean Speaking -Customer Service Representative 

Job Description:

1- Engage in positive communication with customers via online chat, email, and phone to address their inquiries and concerns.

2- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3- Handle customer general inquiries、promotion、complaint and other related transactions.

4- Communicate effectively in both English and Korean to interact with international customers, ensuring accuracy and fluency in communication.

5- Quickly learn and master knowledge of our company's products, services, and processes to provide accurate information and support to customers.

6- Handle customer complaints and issues, offering proactive solutions to address problems.

7- Adhere to the company's established customer service standards and policies.

Job Requirements

1- Prior experience in online customer service, preferably in the gambling industry, is highly desirable.

2- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer support software and tools.

3- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

4- Excellent understanding of responsible gambling practices and regulations.

Required Skills

1- Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean, with the ability to communicate in both languages ​​effectively for day-to-day work.

Korean Speaking Marketing Specialist/leader 

Job Description:

•Managing your Korean Affiliate Network.

•Work with relevant departments to make sure acquisition campaigns are up and running such as creative design, landing page, bonus setup, etc.

• Doing Overall marketing campaigns, to ensure it comply with corporate brand and positioning

•Set a marketing strategy and measurable objectives and gather team resources appropriately to achieve business goals.

•Direct marketing activities, ie media advertising, public relation activities, product launches, market trends & competition studies.

•Oversee and manage content planning for company digital marketing platform and social media channels.

•Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all team functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have experience in marketing field.

• Ability and experience to achieve goals.

• Experience with website analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, Social media &Email Marketing Tool) will be an added advantage.

• Must be fluent in Korean


Korean Country Manager

Job Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the Korean market

• Identify and target Live Slots games and other relevant gaming verticals to promote our online casino brand

• Seek sponsorship opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement in the Korean market.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and analytics, to ensure campaign objectives are aligned with business goals

• Analyze campaign data to measure performance and identify areas for optimization

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the Korean iGaming market

• Ensure compliance & guidelines related to advertising & marketing in the Korean market

• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including advertising agencies and sponsorship.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing in the Korean iGaming industry

• Strong knowledge of the Korean iGaming market, including Live Slots games and other relevant gaming verticals

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Passion for iGaming and a deep understanding of the Korean market.
